Once your order leaves with a shipper it's literally out of our hands. We cannot provide refunds for orders that are late due to shipping delays. PLEASE NOTE: Seed growth may vary based on your geographic location and quality of care. Seller cannot guarantee every favor will yield flowers. We recommend starting your seeds inside in indirect sun and then move outdoors to full sun if possible.
