• SHIPPING • 

Items listed below have a typical turnaround time of 2-3 business days plus shipping time:

Bookplates, Favors, Car Seat Tags, Keepsakes and ID Bands

Products below have longer production times and are shipped separately from the rest of your order via our Print House partner in San Jose, CA and Iowa. Please allow 3-5 days for production:

Stationery, Stickers, Luggage Tags, Notepads, Rubber Stamps, & Stationery

All items are carefully packages to ensure they arrive to you in pristine condition.  We wish we could guarantee postal delivery times but, unfortunately, they are not within our control. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If you chose to add shipping insurance, a claim can be filed via www.USPS.com for a full refund.

Expedited shipping & shipping insurance may be purchased for an additional charge per customer's request (We recommend shipping insurance on orders of $50+).

• RUSH ORDERS •

We can accommodate rush orders on a case by case basis. There is a $20 rush fee so please contact us prior to placing your order. 

 

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS •

We are not currently accepting international orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

• REFUNDS & EXCHANGES •

I'm hoping you love your purchase but should there be any problem whatsoever, please don't hesitate to contact us and I will do my best to remedy the situation to the best of my ability.

We do not provide refunds or accept returns on personalized items and digital downloads. Info left at checkout will be copied and pasted into product templates. We are not responsible for typos left by customer.

Proofs are provided invitations only. Other items can be proofed upon request. Please carefully check, and then double-check, your information. Refunds requested BEFORE proofing & printing will be refunded in full. Refunds requested AFTER proofing but BEFORE printing will be refunded in-full minus $10 proofing fee. NO REFUNDS after proof approval and printing.

PLEASE NOTE: all party invites, thank yous & stickers ship directly from our print house and are shrink wrapped for safe shipping. All other items are shipped in B&P's signature packaging.

ATTENTION: Colors may differ from monitor to monitor depending on your settings. Upon approval of proof, buyer accepts product as shown.
