Payment

We accept credit/debit payments through Paypal.  A Paypal account is not needed.  Simply select,  "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

We will not begin personalizing your order until payment has cleared. Keep this in mind when choosing Paypal's eCheck option, since eChecks usually take 3-4 business days to clear.

 

Shipping

Items listed below have a typical turnaround time of 2-3 business days and ship via USPS First Class Mail (expedited shipping is available on all orders upon request) :

Banners, Bookplates, Bottle Labels, Calling Cards, Drawstring Bags, Food Cones, Gift Tags, Paper Goody Bags, Prints, Tea Favors, Toppers & Vinyl ID Bracelets

Products below have longer production times and are shipped separately from the rest of your order via our Print House in San Jose, CA. Please allow 3-5 days for production plus 2-3 days for shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

Announcements, Clipboards, Placemats, Invitations, Luggage Tags, Mugs, Stationery, Stickers,  Thank yous, Growth Charts, Totes, Pillows, Framed Art Prints and rugs.


***PLEASE NOTE: Full Party Set typically take one (1) week for processing.


• RUSH ORDERS •

We can accommodate rush orders on a case by case basis. There is a $20 rush fee so please contact us prior to placing your order.


• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS •

International shipping is available--delivery times and prices will vary. International order can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes, applied by the destination country’s customs office. Your cart will not reflect these duties as they are applied at the time of arrival by the custom’s office that received them, and are not applied or collected Bushel & Peck Paper. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office directly.

• PLEASE NOTE •

Expedited shipping & shipping insurance may be purchased for an additional charge per customer's request (We recommend shipping insurance on orders of $50+).

All items are carefully packages to ensure they arrive to you in pristine condition.  We wish we could guarantee postal delivery times but, unfortunately, they are not within our control. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If you chose to add shipping insurance, a claim can be filed via www.USPS.com for a full refund.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm hoping you love your purchase but should there be any problem whatsoever, please don't hesitate to contact us direct: bushelandpeckpaper@yahoo.com I will do my best to remedy the situation to the best of my ability.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not provide refunds after a final product is produced after proofing has been approved by you unless your order is defective or damaged in shipping. Please carefully check, and then double-check, your proofs to be certain everything is perfect before giving final approval. Please note that any changes that incur additional charges following final approval are the responsibility of the buyer.

*Refunds requested after purchase and PRIOR to proofing & printing will be refunded in full. Refunds requested AFTER proofing (prior to printing) will be refunded in-full minus $5 proofing fee. Sorry no refunds for personalized printed items.

Custom orders are always welcome. Please contact us PRIOR to purchase and I'll be happy to work with you on your ideas, schedule permitting. Thanks!

NEW custom designs require a non-refundable $25 deposit prior to starting the work. You may also request swapping colors of an existing design; color swap fee is $10 (non-refundable).

All invitation and silhouette orders include 3 free proofs. Additional proofs are available at an additional cost. All other items are proofed upon request and include 3 proofs (the next 3 proofs are $5 and so on).

**PLEASE NOTE: all party invites, thank yous & stickers are shipped direct from our print house and shrink wrapped for safe shipping. All other items are shipped in B&P's signature packaging.

***ATTENTION: Colors may differ from monitor to monitor depending on your settings. Upon approval of proof, buyer accepts product as shown.
