Shipping policy

All orders are ship to the address on file that is left at checkout NOT Paypal addresses.

Items listed below have a typical turnaround time of 1-3 business days and ship via USPS First Class Mail (expedited shipping is available on all orders upon request) :

Banners, Bookplates, Bottle Labels, Calling Cards, Drawstring Bags, Food Cones, Gift Tags, Paper Goody Bags, Prints, Tea Favors, Toppers & Vinyl ID Bracelets

Products below have longer production times and are shipped separately from the rest of your order via our Print House in San Jose, CA. Please allow 3-5 days for production plus 2-3 days for shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

Announcements, Clipboards, Placemats, Invitations, Luggage Tags, Mugs, Stationery, Stickers & Thank yous

***PLEASE NOTE:  Full Party Set typically take one (1) week for processing.

 

• RUSH ORDERS •

We can accommodate rush orders on a case by case basis. There is a $20 rush fee so please contact us prior to placing your order. 

All items are carefully packages to ensure they arrive to you in pristine condition.

If you are overcharged more than $1.00 in shipping, we will refund you the difference.

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS •

International shipping is available--delivery times and prices will vary. International order can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on your location. Any customs duties, taxes, levies or fees imposed by the recipient's country are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please note, international orders are only trackable while within the U.S.  Once package has reached its country of destination, tracking is no longer available via USPS.  

*IMPORTANT. Depending on your country they may require additional Fees, Customs, Taxes, Duties, etc. The buyer is responsible for all Duties Taxes and Custom fees charged. If the buyer does not pay these fees, the package will either be returned, destroyed, seized, etc. and you will not be able to receive a refund. Please note that the UK in particular will charge an extra 20% VAT, plus and additional £8 handling fee on packages (as of 2/25/15 of writing this)

• PLEASE NOTE •

Expedited shipping & shipping insurance may be purchased for an additional charge per customer's request (We recommend shipping insurance on orders of $50+).  Please contact us prior to making your purchase and a custom order will be created for you.

We wish we could guarantee postal delivery times but, unfortunately, they are not within our control. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer be held responsible for lost or damaged items.  If shipping insurance is purchased and item is lost or damaged, customers can file a claim via www.USPS.com for a full refund.
